Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our team in downtown San Francisco. As a Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in getting customers live on the Levelpath platform, supporting presales product demos, and ongoing customer success. You will build deep, lasting relationships with our existing and future customers, advise and support the implementation of Levelpath, and help plan, build, optimize, and scale our processes, assets, and systems.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing/customer-management role
- B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
- BA or BS
