Levelpath is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You'll work closely with the leadership team to create and execute against our technical hiring plan.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a focus on technical roles (Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Management)
- Proven ability to own talent acquisition processes during a period of rapid growth within a high-growth company
- Strong track record of building effective partnerships with technical leadership and understanding complex product roadmaps to meet hiring goals
- Expertise in managing a complex recruitment pipeline, including leveraging and optimizing technical assessment tools and ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university
