Job Description
The Head Women's Basketball Coach/Instructor is a full-time position responsible for leading and directing all phases of a competitive NCAA Division III women's basketball program at Lewis & Clark College.
Requirements
- Proficient understanding of NCAA Division III regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in budget management and financial tracking software
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Superior coaching abilities to develop and execute game strategies
- Superior leadership abilities to mentor and develop assistant coaches and program staff
