Job Description
The Assistant Director Business Partner will partner with designated departments and business units within Lexington Medical Center to understand their Human Resources priorities, strategic business objectives, and other related needs. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in an HR Management or related professional role.
