Job Description
Lexington Health is seeking a Cancer Registrar-Certified to review patient records for cancer monitoring and analysis. This role involves collecting data for research, maintaining the oncology registry, and serving as a liaison to the department for on-going needs and updates. - Certifications/Licensure: Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) / Oncology Data Specilist (ODS) credential
