Job Description
LMC Northeast - Women's Imaging is seeking a Mammography Technologist for its rapidly growing network of healthcare facilities in the Columbia, South Carolina area. This role involves performing digital mammography imaging based on hospital policies, adhering to radiation safety standards, and ensuring patient comfort and quality care. The position requires a graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology with current ARRT certification.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Current ARRT certification (Mammography)
- Current South Carolina state license with SCRQSA
- CPR certification
- Personal computer skills and ability to perform required functions in hospital systems and PACS
- Knowledge of radiation protection, quality assurance, and HIPAA Guidelines
