Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise solution sales
- Fluent English required; additional Nordic language skills advantageous
- Proven track record of exceeding ACV targets in a complex, solution-based sales environment
- Strong expertise in the MEDDPICC framework
- Previous experience in banking, fintech or regtech
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
