We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for the UK & Ireland Insurance business. The role involves shaping go-to-market strategy, driving demand generation, strengthening brand presence, and delivering high-impact content and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership within a matrixed global organisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7â10+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, data, or analytics-driven environments
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, and demand generation
- Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce)
- Prior people management experience (direct reports and/or matrix leadership)
- Strong background in stakeholder management within complex, matrixed organisations
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimise programs using data and analytics
