Client Manager - Intelligize

The Client Manager will maximize revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of reseller partners in specific assigned channels and/or vertical markets. The role involves locating, evaluating and recruiting potential channel partners, and supporting partners throughout the sales process to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities
• Building and maintaining enduring, long-term client relationships through regular communication and effective account management practices
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within assigned accounts
• Providing leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
