Requirements

• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex software solutions
• Experience working with global or offshore delivery models and external technology partners
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data optimization techniques
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and test‐driven development
• Experience with project, resource, and delivery planning, including budgeting considerations
• Ability to contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and solution decisions
• Experience leading cross‐functional initiatives and addressing large‐scale technical challenges
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
