Job Description
Project Manager I position at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, working as a Scrum Master for the IDVerse development team in Sydney. Responsible for coordinating sprints, coaching team members, and facilitating internal communication. Requires 5+ years of Scrum Master experience and a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable Scrum Master experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to recognise and adapt to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and high self-motivation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
- Solid JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint experience
- Ability to travel to the North Sydney office on Wednesdays for in-person meetings and collaboration
