Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager I to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a Project Manager I, you will be responsible for owning all agile ceremonies, driving the team to meet self-imposed deadlines, and creating a governance framework that adds just enough structure to help, but not so much that it hinders. You will work with a team of project managers, product owners, and distributed tech teams to organise, problem-solve, and deliver exciting new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrable Scrum Master experience, leading two or more Scrum teams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to recognise and adapt to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and high self-motivation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
- Solid JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint experience
- Ability to travel to the North Sydney office on Wednesdays for in-person meetings and collaboration
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
