Requirements
- Commercial training (business school or equivalent)
- Initial experience as an SDR/BDR, prospecting, or B2B sales, ideally in a technological environment
- French and English compulsory, any other language is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong phone skills, and ability to engage prospects with impact
- Comfortable with intensive prospecting, resilient, persistent, and motivated by achieving and exceeding objectives
- Organized, results-oriented, with a strong sense of human contact and value added to prospects
- Ability to work in a team and master CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce appreciated), with a strong desire to learn and evolve
