
Job description
Responsible for all aspects of the donor center in the absence of the Director of Center Operations. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and company-specific rules and regulations. Works with center leadership to develop action plans to maximize center efficiency.
Manage personnel functions, including hiring, assignment, and direction of work. Determine inventory levels and adjust as necessary. Develop and implement donor recruitment advertising campaigns. Construct and submit timely and accurate reports.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, peers, and management to achieve business goals.
