The primary roles of the position include planning, organizing, and controlling the work in collaboration with the construction team, managing project expenses, and ensuring administrative management of each project, among other tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or architecture or DEC in architecture or other relevant diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Ability to travel to construction sites.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to conduct effective negotiations.
