Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Design, Art, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience representing surfacing products for commercial projects.
- Direct experience working in commercial & national account segments for a minimum of 5 years.
- Excellent oral and written, communication, presentation and organization skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- CRM Experience, Salesforce.com preferred.
- Results driven with the energy and focus to achieve goals/KPI's.
- Proven event planning skills.
- Experience working industry trade shows and lunch & learn events.
- Proven effective time management, scheduling & planning skills.
- Understanding the basics of the commercial value chain and project tracking.
- Proven skills working as part of a team & the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Logistically savvy about territory management; navigating efficiently and conscious of budget expenditures.
- Proven Networking skills primarily through business associations.
