Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ year’s proven track record in flooring business sales with Successful previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Wide network with potential OEM customers.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software.
- Flooring expertise from installation, product aspects, and industry knowledge.
- Ability to communicate successfully using designated software system.
- Speaking publicly to large crowds in formal and informal settings.
- Follow-up in a timely manner without being reminded.
- Time management and planning essential skills.
