LGA Partners is seeking a Senior Project Architect to work on multi-family residential projects with previous experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or similar degree
- 10+ years of experience in AEC industry, residential projects highly advantageous
- Professional licensure in Architecture preferred
- Previous experience with LIHTC and/or PHFA projects required
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, other industry software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
