Field Service Technician

We are seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician who is mechanically inclined to perform splices and installation on various types of conveyor belts and components to meet customer and industry requirements. The role involves working closely with Field Service Supervisors and team members, providing onsite customer service, and performing other field service and warehouse tasks.

Requirements

• Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Works closely with Field Service Supervisors and team members in attaining goals and objectives
• Good understanding of overall Quality process and documentation
• Communicate general and quality-related concerns to management
• Provide onsite customer service
• Perform conveyor belt installation with mechanical or vulcanized splice
• Perform hose testing as needed
• Understands tools and machinery applicable to the job
• Travel is required part of job
• Perform other duties as trained and qualified for.
