Hospice Volunteer Access Hospice Care

LHC Group is seeking a Volunteer to enhance the quality of care delivered to patients and families through activities or administrative support within a hospice. The role focuses on providing assistance, documentation, and community outreach, while maintaining patient confidentiality. Volunteer positions are ineligible for pay.

Requirements

• Provide assistance to the hospice program.
• Accurately document patient/family encounters.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
• Communicate any changes in patient status or observations.
