Responsable développement projets éoliens (H/F)

We are recruiting a renewable energy project development manager to accompany the different phases of wind projects, develop a regional strategy for prospecting, and anticipate transitions between key milestones. The manager will also be responsible for reporting and tracking activity, performing HR/Transversal activities, and monitoring national and local regulatory developments affecting the renewable energy sector.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering and/or commerce, specializing in energy and/or environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in research, land identification, and negotiation, ideally in renewable energy projects.
• Experience in carrying out land operations with a mix of public and private entities and/or consulting firms.
• 1st experience in team management.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good understanding of the methodologies for land research and identification (SIG mapping, etc...).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
