Q ENERGY France is a major player in the renewable energy market in France with over 25 years of experience in the development, construction, and operation of wind and solar projects. We are looking for a Project Manager for New Wind Projects to identify new wind projects, secure them on the territory, and develop them until the phase where the feasibility studies for administrative authorization are launched.
Requirements
- Implementing prospecting strategies defined at the national and regional levels
- Identifying new sites, through cartographic and field work. Identifying servitudes and regulatory constraints of the identified areas. Analyzing the entire project risks
- Analyzing the economic model of identified projects and their profitability
- Participating in tender files launched by municipalities or inter-municipalities
- Initiating and managing relationships with external stakeholders involved in project development: elected officials, government services, residents, landowners, and land exploiters, etc.
- Collecting and analyzing cadastral and legal documents (notarial attestations, rural leases, MSA surveys...) to identify landowners and land exploiters included in the project study area. Collecting and analyzing urban planning documents in force
- Contacting and meeting with landowners and land exploiters to present the company, the project, and the land ownership documents. Negotiating with landowners and land exploiters within the limits of pre-validated templates and clausier according to internal procedures
- Coordinating with support team members and the wind development team to evaluate the optimal characteristics of the future wind farm and implement all necessary actions to secure it
- Organizing the archiving of original documents related to the land of projects. Updating the project database and land ownership documents
- Any other activity related to project development of the company (representing the company at Salons, within France Energie Eolienne, etc.)
- Contribution to the company's Health, Safety, and Environment culture via: carrying out work in respect of the preventive measures in place within the company and re-stated in the Unique Document, Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, operating procedures, and guides
- Declaring any event or situation that may represent a danger for people including colleagues and contractors, and/or the environment
- Participating in events and training sessions on these themes
- Respect and implementation of company policy and quality procedures
- Participating in updating quality management system documents
- Declaring non-conformities and participating in the implementation of corrective actions
- Participating in continuous improvement actions and knowledge sharing
