As a Product Manager (Loyalty), you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of our loyalty and rewards ecosystem, translating trader behavior and business goals into compelling loyalty programs that keep our clients engaged, active, and growing with us.
Requirements
- Define and own the loyalty product and schemes roadmap, aligned with business KPIs such as client retention, trading volume, and lifetime value.
- Develop frameworks for segmenting clients by behaviour, value, and engagement level to enable personalised loyalty experiences.
- Define integration requirements between the loyalty platform and adjacent systems - trading platforms, CRM, client portals, and payment infrastructure.
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for all loyalty features, both client-facing and platform-side.
- Define and track success metrics for all loyalty initiatives (engagement rate, churn reduction, redemption rate, cost-per-retained-client, etc.).
