We are looking for a hands-on Lifecycle / Marketing Automation Specialist who loves writing copy, testing hypotheses, and improving product conversion. The role involves owning and executing conversion and retention campaigns, writing high-quality copy, and building automated customer journeys.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
- Solid experience with A/B testing: hypothesis building, experiment setup, and result interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with automation / CRM platforms (Blueshift, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar).
- Experience working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
- Experience with in-app communication: push notifications, in-app messages, inboxes, modals.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for template edits.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
