We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our Bradford-based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid working. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll credit transfers, and responding to payroll queries.
Requirements
- Proven experience and knowledge of payroll operations, including BACS processing and company pension schemes.
- Working knowledge of payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, salary sacrifice, benefits in kind, and attachment of earnings orders.
- Proven experience of end-to-end payroll processing, including month-end and year-end activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills and experience of Oracle systems and workflow or case management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
