Market facing role managing a sizable portfolio across broker and agency channels. Delivers top line and bottom-line plans in accordance with local and regional strategies, target segments, and underwriting guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in business development or underwriting roles managing agent and broker channels
• Passing Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) – Paper 1 & 2
• Strong track record of developing profitable portfolio
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in fast changing environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
