Manager, Distribution-P&C

Market facing role for P&C team. Responsible for managing the top line and bottom line of a sizable portfolio across broker and agency channels, in accordance with local and regional strategies, target segments and underwriting guidelines.

Requirements

• Underwrite and grow a profitable P&C portfolio across P&C business
• Manage renewal portfolio and identify and develop new business pipeline in the target segments
• Meets and exceeds financial plans
• Proactively develop and strengthen client relationships to expand business opportunities
• Maintains regular contact with agents and brokers
• Maintains a high market profile and good client relationships
• Work closely with Head of Department to form and implement sales strategies with clear action plan
• Work across functional teams in development and execution of business
• Ready to undertake additional tasks and projects in support of overall objectives of Business Distribution Team
• Advocate Liberty’s mission and vision and build our reputation in local market
