Customer Service Representative - Chollas Heights District

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide customer service to prospective and current residents within a multi-family residential community. The role involves answering phones, taking and following up on service requests, and ensuring resident needs are met. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing's quality customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

• 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service role
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, Internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications
• Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, co-workers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and complete assigned duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved
• Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances
