Job Description
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community. The ideal candidate will have experience in two or more basic trades and be able to effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, managers, and residents.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' related maintenance experience preferred
- Beginning level understanding or experience in two or more basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a mobile device
