Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC work. You will be required to communicate effectively, perform quality work in a safe manner, and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service.
Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and appliances
- Apply basic skills in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.
- Complete resident-requested repairs and service within the required time frame
