Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving residential homes within a military housing community. This role plays a critical part in providing safe, reliable, and well-maintained housing for active-duty service members and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in residential, facilities, or maintenance work
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)
