Job Description
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs in a multi-family residential community. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation, and repairs on various building systems and appliances, and participate in routine inspections and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Two or more years' related experience required
- Intermediate level understanding and experience in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair
- Certifications preferred: HVAC and EPA
