Job Description
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs in a multi-family residential community. The role requires effective communication, quality work, and delivery of exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing’s quality customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements
- Two or more years’ related experience
- Intermediate level understanding and experience in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair
- Certifications preferred: HVAC and EPA
