Job Description
Maintenance Technician II job in Oceanside, CA. Perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs in a multi-family residential community. Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances.
Requirements
- Two or more years' related experience
- Intermediate level understanding and experience in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair
- Certifications preferred: HVAC and EPA
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to arrive at the property for service requests within 60 minutes
- Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings and other work-related activities
