Maintenance Technician III position available at Liberty Military Housing in Twentynine Palms, CA. Performs general and specialized maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community, operates building systems and related equipment, and delivers exceptional service to residents.

Requirements

• Five or more years' related maintenance experience
• Intermediate level understanding and experience in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair
• Certifications preferred: HVAC and EPA
