Job Description
Liberty Resources is seeking a full-time Residential Case Manager to join their Venture House program. The Case Manager will perform case management-related functions to coordinate and maintain care for residents of Venture House and the Apartment Treatment program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Associate degree or HS Diploma with 3 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
