Corporate Contract Attorney

Libra Solutions is seeking a full-time In-House Corporate Contract Attorney to support our growing business. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare commercial contracting judgment, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can translate complex regulatory and deal issues into practical, business-forward guidance.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience in healthcare law and/or corporate/commercial contracting (in-house or law firm).
• Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate complex contracts end-to-end
• Strong command of core contracting terms (indemnification, limitation of liability, regulatory reps/warranties, termination, data use)
• Excellent communicator who can explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers and push deals forward
