Libra Solutions is a leading provider of consumer legal funding, personal injury solutions, and inheritance funding. We are seeking a full-time In-House Corporate Contract Attorney to support our growing business in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to payer/provider arrangements, MSO-structured relationships, and HIPAA/BAA-driven contracts.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience in healthcare law and/or corporate/commercial contracting
- Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate complex contracts end-to-end
