Intake Coordinator

Libra Solutions is looking for an Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a professional and efficient intake experience.

Requirements

• General understanding of healthcare and/or med-legal terminology is a plus
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
• Excellent telephone and electronic communication skills
• Excellent customer service with eagerness to build relationships
• Self-motivated and self-directed when prioritizing tasks based upon volume of incoming intakes
• Works well among a team environment
• Positive, multi-tasking and ambitious attitude
