Paralegal

Libra Solutions is seeking a trained Paralegal with experience in a corporate or legal setting. The successful candidate will assist with responses to civil discovery requests, drafting legal correspondence and documents, and organization and maintenance of files.

Requirements

• Paralegal certification preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in-house or with a law firm
• Personal injury and/or insurance defense litigation experience preferred
• General knowledge of relevant state and federal law of civil procedure and HIPAA
• Ability to review and assess the impact of medical records, depositions and other documents
