Strategy Analyst

Libra Solutions is a leading company that helps consumers awaiting legal settlements to move forward with their lives. As a Strategy Analyst, you will serve as an internal consultant, providing analysis and strategic recommendations to the business across sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations. The position will focus on developing and executing incentive plans across the organization, driving the right behaviors that lead to enterprise-wide success.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role or Master’s degree achievement preferred
• Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, problem solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
• Experience and comfort with SQL and Excel
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering
• Experience with PowerBI, SAS, Python, or R will also be valued
