Strategy Analyst

Libra Solutions is seeking a Strategy Analyst to provide analysis and strategic recommendations to the business across sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations. The individual will develop and execute incentive plans, drive business growth, and provide ad-hoc analytics support to internal teams.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role or Master's degree achievement preferred
• Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, problem solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
• Experience and comfort with SQL and Excel
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering
