The Compliance Planner will ensure compliance with various land development regulations within Licking County, conduct field investigations, and resolve matters of non-compliance and violations through plan review, inspection, investigation, communication, and enforcement efforts.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- One year or more related experience and/or training
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Cursory knowledge of construction and development terms, methods, and practices
- Ability to maintain complete, accurate, and organized records
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and respectful attitude
