Job Description
Lids Sports Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance and foster a positive customer experience. This role involves managing store operations, training associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The company operates 1200+ locations across the US and internationally and is expanding its presence in Europe and Australia.
Requirements
- Act as Store Manager for any employee scheduling issues.
- Administer progressive steps of discipline.
- Participate in LIDS Training Programs.
- Experience producing sales results while minimizing loss.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
