Job Description
Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency within the store. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for staffing, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising.
Requirements
- Act as Manager on duty for any employee scheduling issues.
- Manage store associates through goal setting and follow up.
- Participate in LIDS Training Programs and adhere to store policies.
- Assist in recruiting and training store personnel.
