Job Description
Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to foster the passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of customers, ensuring a positive store environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on operational efficiency, team management, and consistent adherence to company policies and procedures. It is expected that an assistant store manager will work to maximize store performance in sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Act as Manager on duty for any employee scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc.
- Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warning
- Lead, execute and assist Selling 101 strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct store operations and follow Store Manager instructions
