Hat World, Inc., Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to foster the passion for sporting and fashion goods in their brand. The role involves managing store operations, customer service, and ensuring a positive team environment. This is the store manager position within the Lids Retail group, and is within the Company's responsibility to ensure all employees and clients are treated with respect and in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally
• Ability to operate a computer and work with software programs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently
