Job Description
We are looking for a receptionist all-rounder to care for our guests from check-in to check-out, creating a feeling of being at home. The hotel industry is preferred, but not required. Your friendly and sovereign attitude is most important. Tasks include check-in/check-out, using booking systems, handling complaints, and close cooperation with Housekeeping. Lateral entrants are welcome with enthusiasm for development, initiative, and fast learning.
