Requirements

• Higher education
• Work experience in IT
• Good knowledge of Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
• Knowledge of computerized working spaces, software installation, operation, and maintenance
• Experience working with task and incident management tools
• Communication, responsibility, action planning, and result-oriented skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• B category driver's license
• Good command of Lithuanian and English (at least B1 level)
• Experience in IT asset management (Asset Management) - inventory, data maintenance, and CMDB system
• ITIL certification
