Requirements

• Higher education degree in a technology-related field
• Work experience in IT
• Knowledge of IT service management, ITIL methods, and processes
• Understanding of IT finances
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions
• Effective communication skills
• Proactivity, focus on results, responsibility
• Ability to balance different interests and make decisions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Proficiency in the Lithuanian language and good English language skills (B2 or higher)
